Mark is a System Occupational Safety Manager for St Luke’s Health System. He has 39 combined years of Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Environmental management experience at the corporate and operational levels in various industries, including Oil refining, RCRA TSDF, product distribution, solid, bio, and chemical waste transportation, pulp, paper, and wood products, regulatory OSHA enforcement, and healthcare. Mark holds a B.S. in Environmental/Occupational Health from CSUN, a Master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene from USC, and a certificate as a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova. Mark holds multiple certifications and is an authorized OSHA trainer for both general industry & construction.
